We are seeking a Licensed (or license eligible) Psychologist or other Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW) to join our team! The clinician will provide psychological testing and/or counseling services for individuals and families (as appropriate). The ideal candidate would have prior testing and/or counseling experience in a group outpatient/private practice setting working with children, adolescents and adults to address a wide variety of referral concerns. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals and their families with mental health or emotional issues
• Engage in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
• Conduct psychological testing and engage in report writing/feedback sessions (psychologist candidates only)
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation and billing is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Current license (or ability to be licensed in SC immediately upon agreeing to contract)
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and interested in continued professional growth
