Conditions We Treat
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
ADHD is a condition typically diagnosed in childhood which impacts attention and behavior and can lead to significant academic and functional difficulties at school. While this condition is typically addressed in childhood, many adults experience symptoms as well. Psychological testing focuses on determining the impact of this condition on functioning and providing recommendations for effective treatment. Counseling and parent training are available as treatment options.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
ASD is a condition typically diagnosed in childhood which impacts socialization and communication. Individuals often exhibit restricted interests and/or repetitive behaviors. These symptoms can lead to significant educational, social, behavioral, and functional difficulties. Psychological testing focuses on determining symptom presentation and their impact on functioning which leads to providing recommendations for effective treatment. Counseling and parent training are available as treatment options.
Learning Disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia have the potential to cause significant impairment in educational functioning.
